⊰ Green-pass sign ⊱
In the veterinarian clinic where I worked, I was asked to make a sign requesting people to present the Green-Pass upon entry. There were various versions of such signs in different businesses, and the official ones went the extra mile and added a QR code square, like the one you could scan on the Green Pass.
I had yellow polypropylene sheets (Poligal), a green marker, and a lot of stubbornness at my disposal. It turns out there’s quite a bit of leeway for errors in a code like that, it’s very forgiving of inaccuracies. Instead of drawing a random, fake code, I preferred using a real link (You.ll need to click and see where it leads).
By the way, I also drew the dog “Beigale” in the picture on the wall.
Background:
January 2022 – after the peak of the COVID-19 craze with multiple lockdowns, vaccinations, and people adapting to life alongside Corona (or something like that).
For those who somehow missed/blocked-out/forgot: the “Green-Pass” was issued, which was essentially an official vaccination card that revealed whether your last shot was still valid. It was crucial for flights and was later replaced by a negative result from a non-home test. There was a lot of chaos surrounding this, and anti-vaccination activists protested. Essentially, every business decided for itself whether, and to what extent, it would enforce it.

I added a page to my website for those who scan the QR code on things I made (and you right now).
