A few years ago, I took a Python programming course held in a well-known office building near Azrieli. We moved between different rooms there, and one of the sessions was in a conference room that had this device (in the photo above), some kind of compressor/purifier/whatever-it-was.
The moment I saw it, I knew exactly what it was missing. By the next class, I came prepared: I had printed a radioactive symbol (photo below) on sticker paper, covered it with a thin protective layer of transparent adhesive film, and stuck it on the device.
I was sure it wouldn’t stay there long, but our instructor explained that people do not just go around removing radioactive stickers. We also joked that the building’s maintenance team was so uncoordinated. yet still responsible enough. that someday we might actually find a new sticker there reading: “Radiation levels checked and found normal,” complete with a date, name, and signature.
A few months later, he sent me a photo message, it was still there.
In role-playing games, you can choose your character’s alignment. I’m definitely chaotic.
