Cookie-Cat ice cream sandwich, strawberry vanilla flavor, Steven’s favorite from Steven Universe.

I knew I was heading in the right direction while mixing the colors for the chocolate and ice cream flavors when it started looking delicious to me.

Advantages of using EVA foam: Durable, does not melt.

Disadvantages: not chewable and tastes awful.

Later, we (well, mostly my spouse) baked some from actual edible cookie dough with a layer of vanilla and strawberry ice cream.
It turned out way less pretty and not durable at all, but significantly tastier.
